We are looking for subtenants from to for our apartment “Am Lokdepot” between Schöneberg and Kreuzberg. The award-winning building ensemble "Am Lokdepot" was built in 2015 and is located between Viktoriapark and Gleisdreieckpark. The apartment is 105 sqm in size and has a very open loft-style layout. In addition to two separate rooms, there is a large open dining and living area, part of which is separated by a glass wall (and curtain) so that this room can be used as a third separate room. There is also a bathroom and a guest WC. The apartment has glass fronts on both sides. There is a large balcony overlooking the green inner courtyard belonging to the house. To the front, there is an unobstructed view over a traffic-calmed street, playground and railroad tracks. Important: The apartment will be furnished with the basics/essentials (kitchen, dishes, bed, table, chairs, etc), but will not be fully furnished and decorated. We can discuss individually which furniture may still be missing. Bringing your own furniture if possible too. The area has many cafés, restaurants and stores within walking distance, as well as both parks and the subway stations Yorkstraße, Mehringdamm, Platz der Luftbrücke and trainstation Südkreuz for long-distance traffic.
