The venerable old walls certainly have a lot to tell. With love and passion, we have awakened the listed building from its slumber while preserving the typical character.
Come in and feel at home in the bright, light-flooded 2-room flat in our 4-family house. Enjoy a freshly ground coffee in the cosy eat-in kitchen or cook your favourite meal. Everything you need is there, from a garlic press to a coffee machine.
A particularly beautiful original double door leads into the bedroom, where you can watch films from the comfortable double bed. There is also a small home office area.
On cool days, a wood-burning stove provides wonderfully cosy warmth. On warm summer days, you can relax in the garden behind the house after work.
The rent includes all utilities, water, electricity, internet flat rate (fibre optic), WAIPU TV and WiFi. Bed linen and towels are also included. The flat offers everything you need to feel at home in our beautiful city. We are also happy to help you personally if you have any questions.

Genau dort, wo es früher nach frischem Brot duftete, leckerer Kuchen über die Theke gereicht und dabei so mancher Plausch gehalten wurde. Die alten ehrwürdigen Mauern könnten sicher viel erzählen. Mit Liebe und Herzblut haben wir das Denkmal aus dem Dornröschenschlaf erwachen lassen und dabei den typischen Altbaucharakter erhalten.
Komm rein und fühl dich wohl im hellen, lichtdurchfluteten 2-Zimmer-Apartment unseres 4-Familienhauses. Genieß einen frisch gemahlenen Kaffee in der gemütlichen Wohnküche oder koch dir dein Lieblingsmenü. Von der Knoblauchpresse bis zum Kaffeeautomaten ist alles Notwendige da.
Eine besonders schöne originale Doppelflügeltür führt ins Schlafzimmer, wo du vom bequemen Doppelbett aus Filme anschauen kannst. Hier befindet sich auch ein kleiner Homeofficebereich.
An kühlen Tagen sorgt ein Kaminofen für wunderbar behagliche Wärme. An warmen Sommertagen entspannst du nach der Arbeit im Garten hinter dem Haus.
