The apartment is located on the third floor and has a kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, stove, and fridge-freezer, as well as a breakfast table. In the living and dining room, you will find a corner bench with a dining table, a sofa, and a television, as well as a workspace. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi via an internet router.
The bedroom can accommodate up to four beds if needed. There is a large king-size double bed, two additional beds (1mx2m), and a wardrobe. In the storage room, all necessary cleaning utensils are available, and on request, cleaning can also be booked with our charwoman.
In the backyard, there is a parking space directly at the entrance, which is a rarity in the center of Biberach.

Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Dachgeschoss eines denkmalgeschützten Handelshauses und verfügt über eine Einbauküche mit Spülmaschine, Backofen, Herd und Kühl-Gefrierkombination sowie einen Frühstückstisch. Im Wohn- und Esszimmer finden Sie eine Eckbank mit Esstisch, ein Sofa und einen Fernseher sowie einen Arbeitsplatz. Die Wohnung ist mit WLAN über einen Internetrouter ausgestattet.
Das Schlafzimmer bietet bei Bedarf Platz für bis zu vier Betten. Es gibt ein großes Kingsize-Doppelbett mit Unterschublade, zwei Zusatzbetten (1mx2m) und einen Kleiderschrank. Im Abstellraum sind alle notwendigen Utensilien zum Putzen vorhanden, und auf Wunsch kann auch eine Reinigung durch unsere Putzfrau gebucht werden.
