1 room apartment of 47m² in Berlin

English: The apartment is located in Pankow. The area is very quiet, yet offers good and fast connections to the Berlin S-Bahn, as well as to the tram and bus. It is a listed old building apartment. Due to a stay abroad, we would like to rent out the apartment for two months to good tenants. The furniture is partly new and partly antique. We are looking for quiet tenants, non-smokers, who want to spend the summer in Berlin. German: Die Wohnung liegt in Pankow. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, bietet jedoch eine gute und schnelle Anbindung an die Berliner S-Bahn sowie an Straßenbahn und Bus. Es handelt sich um eine denkmalgeschützte Altbauwohnung. Wegen eines Auslandsaufenthalts möchten wir die Wohnung für zwei Monate in gute Hände vermieten. Die Möbel sind teilweise neu und teilweise antik eingerichtet. Wir suchen ruhige Mieter, Nichtraucher, die den Sommer in Berlin verbringen wollen.
