3 rooms apartment of 72 m² in Berlin

English: The morning light shines into the great 25sqm living room with 3.7m high ceilings and onto the balcony. In winter you can see the TV tower from there. In summer the view is blocked by trees – the street is green. The Tegeler Straße is an alley. You walk back into the newly built kitchen to have a coffee. You work nearby in Mitte, so you can take the bike and cycle near the river into the government district, the Bundestag, the ministries or the start-ups in central Berlin. The flat is located in Wedding, so it has a percentage of Turkish population which is nice because you have nice food and fresh vegetables around the corner and almost around the clock. You come home, relax in the living room and decide what you want to eat tonight. There is Korean, Turkish, German, Chinese, you name it all in front of your door. Or you stay in, enjoy the nice books and order from deliveroo. Or you cook yourself on the nice gas stove! German: Wunderschön renovierte Wohnung im südlichen Wedding ganz nah an Berlin Mitte. Die Renovierung wurde mit den schönsten Materialien durchgeführt. So ist die Wanne von Kaldewei, die Lampe in der Küche von Jan Pulsen, das Schränkchen im Schlafzimmer von Interlübke aus den 70ern. Die Ministerien, der Bundestag und viele Start-ups in Mitte sind leicht mit dem Fahrrad entlang der Spree zu erreichen. Das Apartment ist sonnig und lichtdurchflutet. Im Winter kann man den Fernsehturm vom Balkon sehen. Die Küche verfügt über einen Gasherd. Ich bin selbst begeisterter Koch- und Gasfan und wollte, dass meine Gäste davon auch profitieren.
