The old town of Köpenick is a 5-minute walk & the Köpenick S-Bahn station is a 10-minute walk away. The apartment has a fitted kitchen with all electrical appliances. There are also 2 bathrooms. Some pieces of furniture can be taken over by arrangement. Please German: Wir möchten unsere Wohnung gern für 6 Monate untervermieten, da wir Jobbedingt umziehen müssen und der Mietvertrag noch bis läuft. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am alten Spreearm in Köpenick & alle Einrichtungen des täglichen Bedarfs sind fußläufig erreichbar. Zur Altstadt Köpenick sind es 5 Min. zu Fuß & zum S-Bahnhof Köpenick 10 Min. zu Fuß. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine Einbauküche mit allen Elektrogeräten. Außerdem gibt es 2 Bäder.
