Due to an abroad assignment, I will rent out my modern apartment fully furnished from for 2-3 months. The super light flat consists of one spacious kitchen with a couch in it (italian style), 1 bedroom (1.60mx2.00m) with a wardrobe (1.50m), and 1 dining room/office. The bathroom has been recently renovated (bathtub and additional shower). All rooms are light with ceilings of 2.90m. There are two balconies, each facing east and west allowing the sun to shine all day long. The building is located in one of Berlin's best areas close to Rosenthaler Platz and Torstrasse. Plenty of grocery and drug stores, bars and restaurants and public transport are all within walking distance.
