English: Private room with 20.63sqm We live in a shared flat with 4 guys from the startup / tech space in Berlin (all in their 20s-30s). Our apartment is in the heart of PBerg, right in front of the Eberswalder metro station/junction and a 5-minute walk from Mauerpark. The new apartment has excellent sound insulation (quadruple glazed), and high-speed Wifi. The room is fully furnished and includes a shelf, a working desk and chair, a double bed, and a large TV. We also have a small cellar compartment where you can store things. In winter, the room is comfortably warm or very well insulated. In summer, it's also pleasant because it is not directly under the roof (our living room is one floor above). We sometimes use the large 80 sqm living room upstairs for joint work, like a co-working space.
