Our apartment is on the second floor and accessible with an elevator. Every room has large windows, 12-foot high ceilings and orginal wood flooring. The balcony comes with a view on the Rathaus Schöneberg and the Volkspark. We recently redecorated the apartment. The new kitchen has top-of-the-line appliances. The spacious office can be used as an additional bedroom. The apartment is located on a quiet street near the Volkspark. Shopping opportunities are abundant nearby, a movie theater is around the corner, and the neigborhood comes with a wide choice of restaurants. One can easily bike to the different university campuses, but public transportation (bus, S-Bahn, U-Bahn) is also easily available. Bicycles can be provided. The apartment comes also with a garage, use can be negotiated.
