Nachts ist es ruhig, der Lärmpegel ist sehr niedrig.
Wir sind eine Familie mit einem Kleinkind, daher ist unser Haus kinderfreundlich und das 3. Schlafzimmer ist ein Kinderzimmer mit viel Spielzeug und Büchern.
