About the flat:

The flat has 3.5 rooms on two floors. On the 4th floor there is the entrance, a large bedroom with a 1.60m bed and a bathroom with shower, bathtub, bidet and new washing machine.
A spiral staircase leads up to the 5th floor, into a bright, open-plan living and dining area with air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen (portafilter coffee machine, blender, rice cooker, hot air fryer).
