1 room apartment of 75m² in Essen

The apartment is located close to the renowned Folkwang Music Academy, the Old Town and Lake Baldeney. The nearest bus stop is approx. 1 minute's walk away. The connection to the S-Bahn Essen-Werden is good. The nearest supermarket can be reached on foot in approx. 5 minutes. We like to rent out our own apartment here, as we spend the winter on the island of Tenerife. A family with a 9-year-old daughter live in the house on the 2nd floor and an older gentleman and a young man each live in a small apartment on the ground floor. The house community is very harmonious and pleasant.
