2 rooms house of 90m² in Hamburg

We rent out our bungalow in Niendorf from the end of April to the end of July. The period from May to July is the most beautiful time here in the house, as you can make the most of both the garden and the winter garden. The house is very bright and friendly, and it's really fun to live here. The apartment is particularly suitable for couples or small families with one child. It is a 4-minute walk to the Langobardenweg bus stop and just under 10 minutes by bike to Niendorf Markt. There are beautiful green spaces and a mini golf course in the immediate neighbourhood. The house will be rented furnished as shown in the photos. We will store all personal belongings separately. At the beginning of March, we will put up a wall between the study and the hallway so that this can be used as an extra room (., a children's room). There is also a basement with a laundry room and storage space.
