We wish you a pleasant stay! The house you have rented was newly built in summer 2017 and is mostly furnished and equipped to a high standard. Therefore, we kindly ask you to treat everything with care, especially if you are traveling with children, in order to avoid any issues. We would like to specifically point out a few things: The windows are fitted with high-quality pleated blinds and triple high-quality mosquito protection (one in each bedroom and one in the living area window facing the harbor – these windows can be left tilted open at night without mosquitoes entering). Please handle them carefully. The white-lacquered staircase is made of sensitive softwood; we ask you to be mindful of this as well. The inventory has been recorded and will be checked for completeness after your departure. If anything gets damaged, please inform us. We will not charge you for minor damages, but would like to replace missing items for future guests. Larger damages will be deducted from the deposit. The shower should be treated carefully, and after showering, the glass panels should be wiped/cleaned. Please use all appliances (washing machine, dishwasher, stove, TV, music system, etc.) and furniture (sofa bed, beds, chaise lounge, etc.) only as intended and only with suitable cleaning products.
