English: The apartment is located on the top floor of our listed Wilhelminian-style villa and has recently been lovingly and painstakingly restored. We have preserved historical elements and added stucco to the floor. The apartment has a bedroom, a small study, a large living room and an eat-in kitchen as well as a bathroom. There is additional space in the hallway. The apartment is ideal for one to two people. It is designed for a couple. For guests, there is a sofa bed available in the living room. Our house is located in the historic Briller district. It is quiet and green here, there are plenty of public parking spaces and the extensive Kaiserhöhe park is in the immediate vicinity. Wuppertal's popular nightlife district, the Luisenviertel, is also just a short walk away. The freeway is close by, the nearest bus stop is just 300 meters away and the train station is four stops away. German: Die Wohnung liegt im Obergeschoss unserer denkmalgeschützten Gründerzeitvilla und wurde kürzlich in liebevoller Kleinarbeit aufwendig restauriert. Dabei haben wir historische Elemente erhalten und die Etage mit Stuck versehen. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer, ein kleines Arbeitszimmer, ein großes Wohnzimmer und eine Wohnküche sowie ein Badezimmer. Zusätzlichen Platz gibt es im Flur. Die Wohnung ist ideal für ein bis zwei Personen. Ausgerichtet ist sie auf ein Paar, für Gäste steht ein Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer zur Verfügung. Unserer Haus liegt liegt im historischen Briller Viertel. Hier ist es ruhig und grün, öffentliche Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden und die weitläufige Parkanlage Kaiserhöhe liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch Wuppertals beliebte Ausgehmeile, das Luisenviertel, ist nach einem kleinen Spaziergang erreicht. Die Autobahn liegt in der Nähe, die nächste Bushaltestelle ist nur 300 Meter entfernt und bis zum Bahnhof sind es vier Haltestellen.
