The highlight are the sunsets on the beautiful, spacious roof terrace with a view of the fan-shaped city of Karlsruhe and the Palatinate Mountains. In the adjacent forest area you can do sports or take relaxing walks. Position The apartment is on the 5th floor of a park-like, quiet residential complex, right on the edge of the forest in the local recreation area. Here you are right in the countryside. It is easily accessible via an elevator. The old town of Durlach (with many nice pubs/restaurants and shops) can be reached either on foot (approx. 15-20 minutes) or by bus (bus stop approx. 100 m from the residential complex). From there you can take the tram to the city center in 10 minutes. The city of Karlsruhe is about 4 km away and easily accessible by car in about 15 minutes. Living room A beautiful entrance area takes you to the bright and modern open kitchen. Here you will find a high table with bar stools where you can enjoy your coffee in the morning. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary electrical appliances and kitchen utensils. In the spacious and light-flooded living room you will find a comfortable black leather couch. While eating at the dining table, you can look out over the Rhine plain or end the evening on the unique roof terrace (incl. awning) with a glass of wine with a view of Karlsruhe and the Palatinate Mountains. In the living room there is also one of the two available workstations with two screens and a keyboard/mouse. In the modern bathroom with shower there is also a heat pump dryer for your laundry. The cozy bedroom has a spacious bedroom closet and a double bed. From here you have a view of the roof terrace. If you want to work as a couple, there is also a small desk with a screen and an office chair. You will find more large built-in cupboards in the small intermediate hallway. All household helpers such as vacuum cleaners, cleaning utensils, etc. are stored here and you also have enough storage space for your private belongings. A parking space is reserved for your car or motorbike in the underground car park. You can also safely park your bike here. General The apartment is in an apartment building. Therefore, for a good cooperation, we require mutual consideration. Since it is a non-smoking apartment, smoking is only permitted on the terrace. Pets are not allowed. Included services The rental price includes all additional costs (heating, water, garbage, internet and rent for a parking space). If you move in with another person, the rental price increases by 75 €/month. Electricity is not included. You conclude a contract yourself with an electricity provider of your choice. In the winter-time (Nov-April) the rental price increases by 50€/month.
