From October 2024 until the end of April 2025, we are opening our spacious holiday apartment for selected long-term renters. What you can expect: * Location: Enjoy a peaceful retreat in the south of Rügen, far from the crowds, in a small idyllic village on the Zudar Peninsula. * Accommodation: Our spacious holiday apartment offers the comfort of a private holiday home. * Sleeping Arrangements: The apartment features two separate bedrooms, each with a comfortable 180 cm double bed. There is also a separate sleeping area for an additional person or a small child. * Relaxation: The bedrooms can be completely darkened to ensure a restful night's sleep. * Nature Experience: Our apartment is a paradise for nature lovers. Watch migratory and resting birds, including wild geese, cranes, seagulls, lapwings, and curlews, directly from your living room. A pair of white-tailed eagles can be seen and heard year-round. * Exclusivity: In our quiet residential house, we rent out only this one apartment, meaning you will always be the only guests, enjoying complete privacy. * Sustainability: We offer environmentally conscious renters the option to charge their electric vehicles at our in-house charging station with green electricity (for a fee). A private parking space is also available.
