The living room with a view of the Havel and a garden terrace is equipped with a comfortable sofa, armchair and television. Bathroom with daylight is equipped with a shower.
In the kitchen there is a stove/oven, a refrigerator and a small freezer, plates, pots and dishes available for use.
The bedroom is equipped with a double bed cm, chest of drawers, desk and a wardrobe.
The apartment is on the ground floor of our 100-year-old house and is located directly on the Havel, with a large garden and fantastic water views and access (paddle boats available, use by arrangement).
Locations & connections: Quiet location on the basement of a historic house in Berlin Gatow with a fantastic view over the Havel (and possibly sunrises). The nearest supermarket (Netto) and bakery are a 5-minute walk away, and there is a cozy pizzeria and vegan Vietnamese restaurant around the corner.
The express bus X34 (Alt-Gatow stop 4 minutes' walk away) takes you directly to the western city center in about 40 minutes.

Das Wohnzimmer mit Havelblick und Gartenterrasse ist mit bequemen Sofa, Sessel und Fernseher ausgestattet. Badezimmer mit Tageslicht ist mit einer Dusche ausgestattet.
In der Küche steht ein Herd/Backofen, ein Kühlschrank und kleiner Gefrierschrank, Teller, Töpfe und Geschirr zum Gebrauch bereit.
Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett cm, Kommode, Schreibtisch und einem Kleiderschrank ausgestattet.
Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoß unseres über 100 Jahre alten Hauses und ist direkt an der Havel gelegen, mit großem Garten und traumhaftem Wasserblick und -zugang (Paddelboote vorhanden, Gebrauch nach Absprache).
