Unique location in the HafenCity! All apartments are located on the top floor with magnificent views. The apartment in Hamburg offers views of the Hafencity and the historic Speicherstadt. The Serviced Apartment Haus is located 2 km from Hamburg's famous Reeperbahn with its nightlife and bars. You can reach the Neue Flora Theater after 4 km and the Old Town after a 10-minute walk. Hamburg Central Station is a 4-minute drive from the hotel. The nearest subway station, Überseequartier, is just 350 metres away. The A255 freeway runs a 5-minute drive away.

The furnishings of all apartments follow a defined interior design concept: high-quality designer furniture combined with specially developed, custom-made furnishings give the apartments a homely elegance. Coordinated, reduced colors on walls and in the textile furnishings round off the feel-good atmosphere. Wooden floors in the living areas, floor-heated fine stone tiles in the bathrooms and the well thought-out lighting radiate pleasant warmth. The design kitchen modules were developed especially and exclusively for us. For the furnishings, brands such as Vitra, Ikono, qvadrat, Muuto, Hay, Fermliving were chosen. All apartments are equipped with simply everything you need for a pleasant independent stay: Espresso machine or Bluetooth box, WiFi access, iron or pepper shaker, clothes hanger or dishwasher. A maximum of comfort is also provided by the elevator, high-tech home automation, washing machines and dryers in a common area. Courteous service is provided by our concierge team.
