English: The apartment is located on the 1st floor of an apartment building from 1963. You live on approx. 40 m2 of living space, which is ideally divided into 1 room, with kitchen, bathroom and hallway.
The spacious living room faces south. Large double doors lead from the living room to the balcony. Nevertheless, the apartment is not easily visible, as the residential buildings opposite were built with sufficient distance.
There is also a communal room where laundry can be dried.
The apartment has a view of the countryside and stores for daily needs are within walking distance. The bus stop is in the immediate vicinity and yet the apartment is very quiet, as the house is set back in a garden area. The Britzer Garten is within walking distance. To the HU, FU and the main station you need about 45 minutes by public transport, to the BER about 30 minutes.

Das geräumige Wohnzimmer hat eine Südausrichtung. Vom Wohnzimmer geht mit großen Flügeltüren der Balkon ab. Dennoch ist die Wohnung nicht gut einsehbar, da die gegenüberliegenden Wohnhäuser mit genügend Abstand gebaut wurden.
Zudem gibt es einen Gemeinschaftsraum, in dem Wäsche getrocknet werden kann.
Die Wohnung ist ruhig und hell im ersten Stock gelegen. Sie verfügt über einen Blick ins Grüne, Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe und dennoch ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig, da das Haus zurückversetzt in einer Gartenanlage liegt. Der Britzer Garten ist fußläufig erreichbar. Zur HU, FU und zum Hbf benötigt man mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ca. 45 Minuten, zum BER ca. 30 Minuten
