3 rooms apartment of 89 m² in Cologne

As we are going abroad for a year for professional reasons, we are renting out our beloved, beautiful, furnished 3-room apartment for a year. The 89m2 apartment consists of a large, bright living room with a separate dining area, a large bedroom with a desk, a fully equipped study, a high-quality, fully equipped walk-through fitted kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, a bathroom, a toilet, and a spacious hallway. Additionally, there is a wonderful, sunny south-west-facing balcony and a storage room. The layout is particularly well-suited for those who work from home, offering two completely separate workstations. We would rent our apartment fully furnished, as we cannot take our furniture abroad. There are also various electrical appliances in the apartment, such as a large TV, three monitors, a fully automatic coffee machine, vacuum cleaner and robot vacuum cleaner, steam generator iron etc., which we would also provide by arrangement. It goes without saying that the furniture and appliances must be handled with care and returned with normal signs of use.
