The flat has a large bathroom with window, washing machine and bathtub. The fully equipped fitted kitchen has a table with two bar stools, extended worktop (can be used as an additional table), electric cooker, dishwasher, mini oven and large fridge. The living room also has a dining table, couch, etc. The bedroom has a large bed (1.80m x 2.00m) and a large wardrobe. My personal touch does not have to be yours. Just bring your own ideas. As long as all the furniture is kept and not rearranged, that's fine with me. The flat is located in Freital Burgk on the top floor of an apartment block. It is about 20 metres to the city limits of Dresden. The view from the balcony extends as far as Saxon Switzerland. The bus stop for line 66 is directly in front of the house and takes 13 minutes to the TU Dresden, 18 minutes to the city centre and 15 minutes to the centre of Freital. Shopping facilities are easily accessible. Various supermarkets such as Netto, Aldi, Lidl and Kaufland are just 800 metres from the house. Walking or cycling along the old railway embankment or to the Windberg is ideally possible in the immediate neighbourhood. Burgk Castle is very close by. There are also numerous restaurants such as Gasthof Hopfenblüte, Resta German: Begrenzte Verfügbarkeit vom: 01.08. bis 2-Raum-Wohnung im Dachgeschoss mit Balkon am Wohnzimmer. Keller, Wäscheplatz, Garten und Boden kann mit genutzt werden. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein großes Bad mit Fenster sowie einer Waschmaschine und Wanne. Die voll ausgestattete Einbauküche verfügt über einen Tisch mit zwei Barhockern, verlängerter Arbeitsplatte (als Zusatztisch nutzbar), E-Herd, Spülmaschine, Minibackofen und großem Kühlschrank. Im Wohnzimmer ist ebenfalls ein Esstisch, Couch ect. Der Schlafraum bietet ein großes Bett (1.80m x 2.00m) und einen großen Kleiderschrank. Meine persönliche Note muss nicht Eure sein. Bringt einfach Eure ganz eigenen Ideen mit. Solange alle Möbel erhalten und nicht umgestellt werden, soll mir das recht sein. Die Wohnung befindet sich in Freital Burgk im Dachgeschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Zur Stadtgrenze von Dresden sind es ca. 20m. Der Blick reicht vom Balkon bis in die Sächsische Schweiz. Direkt am Haus befindet sich die Haltestelle der Linie 66. Der Bus fährt 13min bis zur TU-Dresden und 18min bis in die Innenstadt sowie 15min in das Stadtzentrum von Freital. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind leicht erreichbar. Ab 800m vom Haus entfernt befinden sich verschiedene Supermärkte, wie Netto, Aldi, Lidl, Kaufland. Spazieren oder Radfahren entlang des alten Bahndammes oder zum Windberg ist in direkter Nachbarschaft ideal möglich. Schloss Burgk ist ganz in der Nähe. Auch zahlreiche Restaurants wie z. Bsp. Gasthof Hopfenblüte, Restaurant Casa Vina, Sushi & Wein, Restaurant Dresdner Aussicht, Gasthof Coschütz, Coschützer Stübchen und mehr.
