Hi, we are renting our charming, fully furnished two rooms apartment with two balconies, situated on the 4th floor of a tranquil back house ("Gartenhaus") in the vibrant heart of Prenzlauer Berg/Helmholtzkiez during. The elevator arrives at the 3 1/2 floor. The apartment features a bathroom with both shower and tub, a well-equipped kitchen including a microwave, mini stove and double induction hotplate, along with an Espresso, a Senseo and a filter coffee machine, kettle and dishes. It includes a cozy living area and a bedroom. Enjoy a small balcony off the kitchen and another off the bedroom. Conveniently located near an array of cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, and shops, and well-served by public transport (U2 Eberswalder Straße, Ringbahn S41, S42 und S8 Prenzlauer Allee, trams M10 (to central station), M1, 12, M2), all within a 10-minute walk at maximum.
