English: Complete modern central apartment, fully furnished and equipped. The location is between Mitte and West, walking distance to most places, surrounded by restaurants, bars, ice cream and cafes. Schools are around, safe and green area. The compound is very new buildings in modern style. Verz close is Bus 41, 42 and U-Bahn (Lines 4, 2 & 14). It’s only 2 Stations away to Main Station. Nearby is Stuttgart University, City Park, Cinema and Music Theater. Two pillows, two bed blankets and towels get provided. It’s a fully equipped apartment with French windows. On a sunny day, it is sunny within the apartment almost the whole day (ofc less during Winter season). We picked the furniture all based on our taste and are happy if you like the look and quality. The bed is high quality German brand as a BoxSpring in queen size. It’s a private apartment, we only rent out during our absence. You rent the whole apartment as you can see at the pictures. During weekdays, kids from the primary school opposite side of balcony will play during the break time. But very high quality German double layered windows block the noise :) Besides that it is very quiet during the night and weekend. German: Diese moderne und hochwertig eingerichtete Wohnung liegt zentral zwischen Stuttgart-Mitte und Stuttgart-West – in fußläufiger Entfernung zu zahlreichen Restaurants, Bars, Cafés und Eisdielen. Die Umgebung ist grün, sicher und familienfreundlich; Schulen befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnanlage besteht aus sehr neuen Gebäuden in modernem Stil. Verkehrsanbindung: Buslinien 41 und 42 sowie die U-Bahn (Linien U2, U4 & U14) befinden sich nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Der Hauptbahnhof ist lediglich zwei Stationen entfernt. In der Umgebung befinden sich zudem die Universität Stuttgart, der City-Park, ein Kino sowie das Musiktheater.
