Der Roxeler Bahnhof, von wo aus man mit dem Zug in 11 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof Münster ist, liegt 1,5 km entfernt. Die Uniklinik Münster (UKM) ist nur etwa 5 km entfernt und damit auch gut mit dem Rad erreichbar. Das Stadtzentrum Münsters ist etwa 7 km entfernt. Alles, was man alltäglich so benötigt, ist innerhalb weniger Gehminuten zu erreichen. Hinweis: Primär ist das Appartment für eine Person geeignet.
