Our comfortable and modern 1-room apartment with floor-to-ceiling windows impresses with a spacious open kitchen, parquet floors, a reading and relaxing area, and a comfortable queen-size bed. The kitchen has a stove and a microwave, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, Nespresso© coffee machine and toaster. Pots, pans designer crockery and cutlery by Alessi© complete the kitchen equipment. Enjoy your dinner at the dining table with chairs. You have a cupboard or a dresser to organize all your stuff. In the queensize bed you will find a restful sleep. With TV Samsung HD TV 32 inches and free Wi-Fi you can enjoy a relaxing evening or work in your apartment. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink. Soft towels, a hair dryer and toiletries are ready for your arrival and will be provided by housekeeping every week. The costs for the final cleaning is already included. Washing machine and dryer are available in the laundry room for a fee. If you don´t have time to do laundry by yourself your host will explain you our laundry service. To make your first evening comfortable we will surprise you with a complimentary welcome package.
