1 room apartment of 59 m² in Berlin

English: Hi everyone! I am renting out my cosy apartment starting from June 2024 to June 2025. It's a cozy and sunny apartment located in the beautiful and calm district of Schöneberg. It's a 2 room apartment. One room has approx. 16m2 and the other 20m2. Each room is equipped with a double bed, a desk, a closet and smaller details. There is no balcony but very big windows in each room. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, cutlery, a toaster, a kettle and all the other typical essentials. Since I will return to the apartment after one year I will have to leave some of my things in the closet in the hallway. Ideally you won't see it but you should prepare for a little personal touch in the flat since I decorated a little here and there. The apartment is super sunny and luminous (which is a big help in Berlin winters). The district is super calm and friendly. There is an Edeka around 200m around the corner. The flat is well connected to the public transport. Lots of different metro lines and buses are running here. German: Hallo zusammen! Ich vermiete meine Wohnung ab Juni 2024 bis Juni 2025. Es ist eine gemütliche und sonnige Wohnung im schönen und ruhigen Stadtteil Schöneberg gelegen. Es handelt sich um eine 2-Zimmer-Wohnung. Jedes Zimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett, einem Schreibtisch, einem Kleiderschrank und kleineren Details ausgestattet. Die Küche ist mit einer Waschmaschine, Besteck, einem Toaster, einem Wasserkocher und allen anderen wichtigen Dingen ausgestattet. Es ist super ruhig in der Wohnung und in der Umgebung. Es gibt einen Edeka nur 200m entfernt. Auch ist die Wohnung gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel in Berlin angebunden. U-Bahnlinien in der Nähe der Wohnung sind die U4, U7, U9.
