Neben einem Kissen und einer Bettdecke ist auch Bettwäsche enthalten. Der Wechsel der Bettwäsche ist gegen Gebühr möglich. Darüber hinaus ist jedes Apartment mit einem TV und einer Kabelverbindung ausgestattet. Im Waschzentrum im Keller können unsere Bewohner ihre Kleidung zu Preisen waschen und trocknen, die weit unter denen der öffentlichen Waschzentren der Stadt liegen. Die Umwelt ist uns sehr wichtig.
