1 room apartment of 110m² in Frankfurt

English: The sun-drenched apartment is located on the 3th floor of a typical historic building in Sachsenhausen. It consists of three large rooms (wooden floorboards, 4 m high ceilings with stucco elements) and an additional small dressing room. The spacious, naturally lit bathroom is equipped with two sinks and a bathtub. The kitchen, with a dining area for 4 people, has a small balcony facing the quiet courtyard and is fully equipped with a fitted kitchen including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, Nespresso machine, washing machine, and dishwasher. The apartment is rented furnished. The furnishings include, among other things, two large wardrobes, two large shelves, a living area with a large table in the living room, a bed, an extra sofa, a wardrobe, etc. The apartment is quietly situated, yet all essential shopping facilities (drugstore, groceries, organic store, etc.) as well as numerous cafes and restaurants are within walking distance in just a few minutes. The Schweizer Platz subway station is 200 meters away. From there, it's one stop to Südbahnhof, which is also easily reachable on foot (900 meters). Both U-Bahn and S-Bahn trains, as well as regional and some ICE trains, operate from there. Additionally, the station square hosts a weekly market twice a week, offering fresh fruits, vegetables, cheese, wine, and much more. The Main Riverbank is 700 meters away. Here you'll find the Film Museum, with numerous other museums of Frankfurt's Museum Embankment nearby — such as the Architecture Museum, the Museum of Telecommunications, and of course, the famous Städel Museum. I am renting my apartment initially for 6 to 12 months, at the latest until the end of August 2026, for personal reasons. German: Die sonnendurchflutete Wohnung liegt im im 3. Stock eines typischen Altbaus in Sachsenhausen. Sie besteht aus drei großen Zimmern (Holzdielen, Deckenhöhe 4 mtr. mit Stuckelementen) und zusätzlich einem kleinen Ankleideraum. Das geräumige Tageslichtbad ist mit zwei Waschbecken und einer Badewanne ausgestattet. Die Küche mit Essplatz für 4 Personen verfügt über einen kleinen Balkon zum ruhigen Hinterhof und ist mit einer Einbauküche inklusive Kühlschrank, Herd, Mikrowelle, Nespresso-, Wasch- und Spülmaschine voll ausgestattet. Die Wohnung wird möbliert vermietet. Zur Möblierung gehören . zwei große Kleiderschränke, zwei große Regale, Wohnlandschaft und großer Tisch im Wohnzimmer, Bett, extra Sofa, Garderobe etc. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, dennoch sind alle wichtigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Drogerie, Lebensmittel, Bioladen etc) sowie zahlreiche Cafes und Restaurants fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Die U-Banh-Station Schweizer Platz ist 200 Meter entfernt. Von hier aus ist es eine Station zum Südbahnhof, der jedoch ebenfalls gut zu Fuß zu erreichen ist (900 mtr). Hier verkehren U- und S-Bahnen sowie Regionalbahnen und einzelne ICE-Züge. Außerdem lädt der Bahnhofsvorplatz an zwei Tagen in der Woche zum Wochenmarkt ein - mit frischem Obst, Gemüse, Käse, Wein und vielem anderen. Das Mainufer ist 700 Meter entfernt. Hier ist direkt das Filmmuseum, in dessen Nachbarschaft die zahlreichen weiteren Museen des Frankfurter Museumsufers zu finden sind - etwa das Architektur- oder das Telekommunikationsmuseum, und natürlich das bekannte Städel-Museum. Ich vermiete meine Wohnung zunächst für 6 bis12 Monate bis spätestens Ende August 2026 aus privaten Gründen.
