I’m renting out my bright, fully furnished room in a spacious and creative flat in Friedrichshain from 5 January to 5 March (dates can be flexible). The room is 17 m², comfortable, quiet, and has direct access to the terrace — perfect for morning coffee or fresh air breaks. The flat is 128 m², ground floor, with a large living room, great lighting, and plenty of space to hang out, work, or relax. You’ll be living with two friendly flatmates and Oz, our sweet and distinguished cat! The atmosphere at home is warm, fun, and respectful. One flatmate will also be away for about a month starting at the end of January, so the flat will feel even more spacious during that time. Location: Fantastic area (cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, parks, and public transport all within 5 minutes.) U-Bahn, S-Bahn, and tram connections make it very easy to get anywhere in Berlin.
