A Home Away from Home – A Space to Live, Breathe, and Enjoy (Available from December 2025 to mid-2026, flexible timeframe) We are renting out our beloved home in Munich’s Westend while we are on a sabbatical – and we’re looking for people who will appreciate this special place as much as we do. This apartment is more than just a place to sleep – it’s a sanctuary, a favorite spot, a space to live. Fully equipped, stylishly furnished, and ready for a memorable stay in the city. What awaits you: On 109 m² on the 6th floor (elevator to the 5th floor), you’ll live above the rooftops of Munich – filled with natural light, quiet, and offering an Alpine view that puts a smile on your face even on stressful days. • Spacious living and dining area with panoramic windows & mountain views • Home office with an ergonomic setup (height-adjustable desk, monitor, printer, docking station) – perfect for productive remote-work days with a view • Multi-purpose room that can be used as a guest room (1.4 m bed), office, or workout space • Bedroom with a cozy double bed and an adjacent walk-in closet / dressing room • Two well-kept bathrooms – one with daylight and a bathtub, the other with a shower • Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need: stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, SodaStream, microwave, cookware & dishes • Winter garden for relaxed reading moments or your first coffee of the day • Large rooftop terrace with Alpine views & gas grill – your private front-row seat for sunsets over the city The apartment is high-quality, thoughtfully designed, and lovingly maintained – you only need to bring your suitcases and some excitement for your time in Munich. In addition to the two beds, we can provide an air mattress big enough for two guests if needed. Location & Neighborhood – Welcome to Westend The apartment is located on Ridlerstraße in the heart of Munich’s popular Westend district – a neighborhood full of life and charm, with small cafés, bakeries, restaurants, and creative shops right at your doorstep. Urban flair meets friendly community. Theresienwiese, the green Bavariapark, and the idyllic Westpark are all within walking distance – perfect for strolls, picnics, or a peaceful break during the day.
