The apartment is therefore fully furnished and is suitable for one or two people who are looking for an apartment in Baden-Baden, . due to a job change. The apartment is on Annaberg and has a fantastic view. Covered parking space is available. NO elevator, as it is an old building, so the apartment is only suitable for people who can walk to the 3rd floor.

German: Wir vermieten unsere Wohnung aufgrund von Auslandsaufenthalt für circa 6 Monate, eventuell auch länger. Die Wohnung ist daher voll möbliert und eignet sich für ein bis zwei Personen, die z.B. wegen Jobwechsel eine Wohnung in Baden-Baden suchen. Die Wohnung ist am Annaberg und hat einen Traumblick. Überdachter Stellplatz ist vorhanden. KEIN Fahrstuhl, da Altbau, die Wohnung eignet sich daher nur für Personen, die bis in den 3. Stock laufen können.
