It also has a private parking space in the backyard. I would like to keep my things in the apartment, and am looking for someone to take care of my things as if they were their own. The place is ideal for a single person or a couple. The closet is very big and there is plenty of room for two people if needed. It really is a great apartment and I am looking for someone to feel as comfortable there as I do. The location is great. The apartment is less than 1 minute walk from the Leydeckerstraße stop. The location is also a bit quieter than other parts of Venloer Straße. Rewe, Netto etc are all within walking distance from the apartment especially as there are also many options of restaurants and cafes.
