3 rooms apartment of 84 m² in Berlin

English: Hello everyone, As I am being transferred from work for an indefinite period, I would like to sublease my apartment. The subleasing contract would be like a normal rental contract, with a normal notice period. I have permission from my housing association. The apartment will be rented fully furnished. Almost exclusively families live in the building, so it is very safe. The building is also in the 2nd row from the main road, so there is no continuous traffic here. Shopping facilities are within walking distance, as is the S-Bahn stop. With the S1 you can quickly reach Friedrichstraße, Brandenburger Tor etc. Minimum rental period 6 months, after that there is a normal notice period of 3 months. Please LG, Alina German: Hallo Zusammen, da ich von der Arbeit aus auf unbestimmte Zeit versetzt werde, möchte ich meine Wohnung untervermieten. Der Untermietvertrag wäre wie ein normaler Mietvertrag, mit normaler Kündigungszeit. Die Genehmigung von meiner Wohnungsgesellschaft ist da. Mindestlaufzeit 1 Jahr. Die Wohnung wird komplett möbliert vermietet. In dem Gebäude leben fast ausschließlich Familien, demnach ist es sehr sicher. Das Gebäude ist zudem in der 2. Reihe von der Hauptstraße, also gibt es hier keinen kontinuierlichen Verkehr. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar, ebenso wie die S-Bahn Haltestelle. Mit der S1 kann man schnell zur Friedrichstraße durchfahren oder auch zum Brandenburger Tor etc. Bei Fragen stehe ich gerne zur Verfügung. LG, Alina
