English: Starting in April 2025, I am looking for a reliable temporary tenant for my furnished, quiet 52 sqm attic apartment in the charming Cologne neighborhood of Zollstock. The apartment is ideal for individuals or couples who appreciate a well-connected, friendly community.
Spanning 52 sqm, it offers two rooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom. It comes fully furnished and equipped, including a kitchen with a dishwasher, dryer, washing machine, refrigerator, bed, wardrobes, sofa, and more. The apartment is located on the top floor and does not have a balcony, but it boasts friendly neighbors, a peaceful environment, and free parking directly in front of the building.
Please note that Wi-Fi is not available, and I am looking for non-smoking tenants. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
German: Ab April 2025 suche ich einen zuverlässigen Zwischenmieter für meine möbilierte, ruhige, 52 qm große Dachgeschosswohnung im charmanten Kölner Stadtteil Zollstock. Die Wohnung eignet sich ideal für Einzelpersonen oder Paare, die eine gut angebundene, freundliche Nachbarschaft schätzen. Sie bietet auf 52 qm zwei Zimmer, eine Küche und ein Bad und ist komplett möbliert und ausgestattet, inklusive Küche mit Spülmaschine, Wäschetrockner, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Bett, Schränken, Sofa und mehr. Die Wohnung liegt im Dachgeschoss und hat keinen Balkon, dafür aber nette Nachbarn und ein ruhiges Umfeld sowie kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Haustür. WLAN ist nicht vorhanden, und ich wünsche mir Nichtraucher als Mieter; Haustiere sind leider nicht erlaubt.
