I am renting a furnished 3-room flat in Potsdam for 1650,- incl. all additional costs due to my stay abroad. Temporary: from 3 months and maximum 12 months The flat is located in the city centre (south) in the immediate vicinity of the main railway station, but still very quiet. The 90 square metre flat has two bedrooms (or one bedroom and a study) and 2 bathrooms, plus a large living/dining room with an open-plan kitchen, a balcony and a small storage room. The flat is equipped with everything necessary (. crockery, bed linen, towels etc.). The price is all-inclusive, . including utilities, electricity, internet.
