The apartment is located on the first floor (top floor) of a multi-family building (built in 2003) with an elevator and a balcony. It is bright and fully equipped for temporary stays. A small gallery is located above the living/dining area. The apartment is suitable for project-based stays/temporary work assignments and as a vacation apartment for 4 people (2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms). The double beds are 160 cm wide. Upon request, the double bed in one of the bedrooms can be separated into two single beds or removed entirely. A workspace can be set up upon request in the living/dining area, in one of the bedrooms, or on the gallery (tabletop on trestles plus office chair). The Munich-Pasing S-Bahn station, with direct connections to Munich Airport (MUC) and Munich city center (and Oktoberfest...), is approximately a 13-minute walk (about 1 km). The center of Pasing, with supermarkets, the Viktualienmarkt (food market), and a shopping center, is also located there. The Westbad (indoor swimming pool with sauna, outdoor pool in summer) is about an 11-minute walk (800 m) away. A green space is located about a 4-minute walk (300 m) to the south.
