1 room apartment of 70m² in Bochum

We are renting out our furnished and fully equipped 3-room apartment for the entire year 2026. In addition to the large living room, bathroom with window and shower tray, and kitchen, there is also a bedroom and a study. The balcony overlooking the communal garden is the perfect place to relax in summer. The kitchen is equipped with all standard electrical appliances as well as crockery and cutlery, so you don't need to bring anything with you. If you want to work from home, you can use the separate study—with a desk, external monitor, and 300 Mbit/s internet connection, you'll be well equipped here. Alternatively, the study can of course also be used as a hobby room or children's room. We will of course empty the cupboards so that you have space for your own things. Upon request, we are happy to leave items that you may need (., books, games, etc.) in the apartment. There is a washing machine available for use in the laundry room. For additional storage space, you can use a lockable compartment in the attic.
