Rent 2 bedroom apartment of 66 m² in Berlin

English: I am renting out my furnished 2-room apartment in Berlin-Kreuzberg to 1 person for a limited period of 6 months. Extension possible for 6 months if both parties agree. The apartment is on the 1st floor of the front building of the old building.
I am usually in the apartment for a few days a month at most, as I have a second apartment outside Berlin and that is where I live. In the past, I've also been away from the apartment for longer periods of time. So you don't have a classic flatmate and have the apartment to yourself most of the time.
The condition is that I can stay in the apartment (couch or second bed in the living room) up to 3 times a month. I have a key for the apartment. You rent the entire apartment with the right to stay overnight and access from me as described.
Registration as residence possible.
German: Ich vermiete ab sofort meine möbliertes 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in Berlin-Kreuzberg erst mal für 6 Monate befristet an 1 Person. Verlängerung bei beidseitigem Einverständnis für jeweils 6 Monate möglich. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1.OG des Vorderhauses des Altbaus.
Ich bin in der Regel höchstens ein paar Tage im Monat in der Wohnung, da ich noch eine zweite Wohnung außerhalb von Berlin habe und dort auch meinen Lebensmittelpunkt habe. In der Vergangenheit war ich auch längere Zeit nicht in der Wohnung. Du hast also keinen klassischen WG-Mitbewohner und die meisteZeit die Wohnung für Dich.
Voraussetzung ist, dass ich bis zu 3 mal pro Monat in der Wohnung (Couch oder zweites Bett im Wohnuzimmer) übernachten kann. Ich habe einen Schlüssel für die Wohnung. Du mietest die gesamte Wohnung mit einem Übernachtungs- und Zugangsrecht von mir wie beschrieben.
Anmeldung als Wohnsitz möglich.
