Our house is centrally located, with very good connections to the city centre, in the western ring area. There is a bus stop directly in front of the house, a tram line two streets away.
In an old building with spacious rooms, centrally located in the western ring area, you can feel comfortable for your stay in Braunschweig. The Apartement in the 3rd Floor has 2 Singlerooms. If needed, we can change it in a bed- and a livingroom. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom. Washing machine, TV and WLAN connection are also available.
The apartment is cleaned once a week. You only need to move in.

Unser Haus befindet sich zentral, mit sehr guter Anbindung zur Innenstadt, im westlichen Ringgebiet. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor der Haustür, eine Straßenbahnlinie zwei Straßen weiter.
In einem zentral im westlichen Ringgebiet gelegenen Altbau mit geräumigen Zimmern, können Sie sich für Ihren Aufenthalt in Braunschweig wohl fühlen. Die 20-25 qm großen Zimmer befinden sich in charmanten und großzügigen 2-Zimmer Altbauwohnungen mit voll ausgestatteter Wohnküche und einem geräumigen Badezimmer. Waschmaschine, TV und WLAN Anschluss sind ebenfalls verfügbar.
Einmal wöchentlich wird das Appartement gereinigt. Sie brauchen nur noch einziehen.
