We are renting our 2,5 room, 1 bath, 1 kitchen furnished apartment in a prime location with all amenities (cats not included ;-) ) for 6 months or more. The offer includes utilities (heating, electricity, water and internet). You are of course allowed to register this address (use it for your "Anmeldung"). Available from July 1st, 2023 Ausstattung We are currently giving the walls a fresh coat of paint and renovating our bathroom. So you will have a shiny new apartment with high speed internet (250mbps), all furniture and a kitchen with utensils. Lage The apartment is centrally located and has easy access to S-Bahn (Halensee) and all Kudamm Buses (M19, M29, X10 etc.).
