English: Stay in popular Schillerkiez in a typical Berliner Altbau from the early 20th century. The flat is renovated with a modern bathroom, kitchen, and practical floorplan – it retains, however, its old-building charm with high ceilings and original wooden-box windows and balcony doors. I lived in this flat for some years and put plenty of love and care into designing the space and collecting unique furniture pieces. It is a comfortable home base and places you in a well-connected, but still refreshingly alternative, area of town. I am looking to rent to individuals or couples who will take good care of the place – it will take good care of you, too:) German: Im beliebten Schillerkiez wohnen – in einem typischen Berliner Altbau aus dem frühen 20. Jahrhundert. Die Wohnung, saniert mit modernem Bad, Küche und einem praktischen Grundriss, behält ihren Altbaucharme mit hohen Decken und originalen Holzkastenfenstern und Balkontüren. Ich wohnte seit einigen Jahren in dieser Wohnung und habe viel Liebe und Mühe in die Gestaltung der Räume sowie das Sammeln einzigartiger Möbelstücke gesteckt. Die Wohnung ist ein wunderbarer Ausgangspunkt und liegt in einem gut-angebundenen, aber dennoch erfrischend-alternativen Stadtteil. Ich suche Einzelpersonen oder Paare, die sich gut um die Flat kümmern – sie kümert sich auch gut um Dich :)
