2 rooms apartment of 84m² in Berlin

Only for interim rent from November 2025 until May 2026 Bright 80sqm apartment, roof terrace Berlin Neukölln Due to stay abroad I rent my privately used apartment and fully furnished (with private belongings) for interim rent from December 11th until at least mid-April 2025 (possibly longer)! 4 months for warm rent 7.000€, Plus electricity (40cent/KW, also for cooking and hot water, I estimate about 100 €/monthl. But I also have photovoltaics on the balcony!) IMPORTANT: Since the heating can only be read annually, the apartment is rented apartment is rented warm, but nowadays the urgent PLEASE to heat “energy-saving” anyway. (5 months December-April, 70% of the annual heating costs), it will probably be 300€/month!!! As said, this is included in the rent and please heat energy-saving!!!). Deposit 1500€
