From the windows and balcony, you have a beautiful view at the park. For working, a big screen TV is mounted on the wall above the desk, so it can be used both as a working screen to connect with the laptop or as a normal Smart TV (feel free to login with your own Netflix and Prime Accounts). The bathroom is very nice with a Miele washing machine. The kitchen as well is of high quality. A big supermarket is right around the corner. Suitable for project workers or couples with a project duration in Berlin of 6-12 months. The park directly at the door invites for jogging or picnics in summer.
