2 rooms apartment of 133m² in Berlin

English: We will be away from Berlin until 2027 and are looking for sublet for our lovely apartment! The apartment is located in an Altbau building and is 133 sqm big. The apartment is fully furnished and is ideal for a working couple, 2 couples, a group of friends or a family with kids. There are two bedrooms - main one and a guest one, one fully equipped office room (height-adjustable desk, ergonomic office chair, Apple HDR Display, additional 5k LG monitor). You will also find basic sports equipment there - a yoga mat, a foam roller, yoga blocks, bands etc. In the office room there is a reading corner by the windows, and soon there will also be an additional sofa (not on the pictures). The guest bedroom is also equipped with an office setup - a desk, an office chair and two monitors. There are two additional monitors in the storage in case you need more. The kitchen has everything you need, including a Lelit Bianca Coffee Machine with a high-quality Grinder for your latte-art, a Bamix mixer, gas stove, microwave, toaster, oven, and all dishes and even a mini-bar with all necessary cocktail equipment. There is a guest WC in addition to the main bathroom (a bathroom cabinet with mirror will be installed shortly - not shown on the pictures). A bonus is a Withings smart scale. In the living room there will be a XGIMI Horizon 20 projector with direct access to AppleTV, Netflix etc. There is also a digital piano that can be used as a sound bar, a large comfy sofa-bed and a cozy dining area. In the hallway there is a lot of storage space behind the red curtains - for your coats, suitcases, shoes, cleaning appliances. The flat comes with all necessary cleaning tools, incl a Dyson vacuum cleaner. If needed, we can arrange a cleaning lady. Everywhere in the flat there will be new lamps installed - not shown on the pictures yet. German: Wir werden bis 2027 nicht in Berlin sein und suchen daher einen Untermieter / eine Untermieterin für unsere schöne Wohnung. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Altbau und ist 133 m² groß. Sie ist vollständig möbliert und ideal für ein berufstätiges Paar, zwei Paare, eine Wohngemeinschaft von Freunden oder eine Familie mit Kindern. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer – ein Hauptschlafzimmer und ein Gästezimmer – sowie ein voll ausgestattetes Arbeitszimmer (höhenverstellbarer Schreibtisch, ergonomischer Bürostuhl, Apple HDR Display, zusätzlicher 5K-Monitor von LG). Außerdem stehen dort grundlegende Sportutensilien zur Verfügung, darunter Yogamatte, Faszienrolle, Yogablöcke und Trainingsbänder. Im Arbeitszimmer befindet sich zudem eine gemütliche Leseecke am Fenster. In Kürze wird dort außerdem ein zusätzliches Sofa stehen (noch nicht auf den Fotos zu sehen). Das Gästezimmer ist ebenfalls mit einem Arbeitsplatz ausgestattet – Schreibtisch, Bürostuhl und zwei Monitoren. Zwei weitere Monitore befinden sich im Abstellraum, falls zusätzlicher Bedarf besteht. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen: eine Lelit Bianca Siebträgermaschine mit hochwertiger Mühle für Latte Art, ein Bamix Stabmixer, Gasherd, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Backofen, sämtliches Geschirr sowie eine kleine Minibar mit kompletter Cocktail-Ausstattung. Neben dem Hauptbad gibt es ein separates Gäste-WC. Ein Badezimmerschrank mit Spiegel wird in Kürze installiert (auf den Fotos noch nicht zu sehen). Als kleines Extra steht eine Withings Smart-Waage zur Verfügung. Im Wohnzimmer wird ein XGIMI Horizon 20 Beamer mit direktem Zugang zu Apple TV, Netflix etc. installiert. Außerdem gibt es ein Digitalpiano, das auch als Soundbar genutzt werden kann, ein großes, bequemes Schlafsofa sowie einen gemütlichen Essbereich. Im Flur befindet sich viel Stauraum hinter roten Vorhängen – ideal für Jacken, Koffer, Schuhe und Reinigungsgeräte. Die Wohnung ist mit allen notwendigen Reinigungsutensilien ausgestattet, inklusive Dyson Staubsauger. Bei Bedarf kann auch eine Reinigungskraft organisiert werden. In der gesamten Wohnung werden noch neue Lampen installiert, die auf den aktuellen Fotos noch nicht zu sehen sind.
