English: Renting out my bright, high-quality renovated apartment in an old building (4th floor, no elevator), 110 m², fully furnished. I will be traveling from October 1, 2025 to February 1, 2026 and would therefore like to sublet the apartment. I moved into the apartment in October 2024 as the first tenant.
