Due to a work assignment abroad, I am renting out my furnished apartment from September 1 to December 15. Bus stops are a two-minute walk away, and the Kellinghusenstraße and Hudtwalckerstraße subway stations are about twelve minutes away. Local recreation areas such as Eppendorfer Park and Hayns Park are also within walking distance.
