Big double bed in the one, mattress in the other one) our livingroom offers you a big relaxing sofa, where you can watch tv or have a cup of tea. We have 2 toddlers at home, so the other room is the playroom and our wardrobe is there (we will offer you enough space for all your stuff to put in too) the kitchen is tiny(18 m²) but you can sit here have a drink and it is our come together place at the table.
If you need some workspace you can use this table as a desk, but if you need some extra desk, we could take an extra desk to the livingroom)
The bathroom is some typical berlin style bathroom with a "berliner fenster". There is a bathtub and a sink also. Cold and hot water of course!
The neighbourhood is a cultural hotspot in berlin and it offers a lot of good restaurants from all over the world. Our neighborhood is famous for brunch from morning to evening. You can find 3 diferent supermarkets just around the corner (3 min walk) and the trainstation is also just 5 min away.
German: Unsere 96 m² Altbauwohnung in friedrichshain, hat 3 große Räume, in 2 davon gibt es die Möglichkeit zuschlafen. Zum einen im Schlafzimmer, huer gibt es ein Doppelbett plus extra bett und im anderen Zimmer gibt es eine erwachsenen und eine Kindermatratze. Unsere große orange couch lädt zum entspannen ein, ob einfach mit einer Tasse Tee oder einfach zum TV schauen.
Da wir 2 kleine Kinder haben, is der andere Raum in spielzimmer und kleiderzimmer aufgeteilt. Wir werden Dir aber genug Platz im Kleiderschrank für all deine Sachen bieten.
Man kann sehr gut himeoffice am Küchentisch machen, es besteh aber die Möglichkeit nach Absprache einen Schreibtisch in das Wohnzimmer zu stellen.
Unser Bad ist ein Ganz typisches Altbaubad, mit dem klassischen "berliner Fenster" , Badewanne und Handwachbecken und Toilette.
Die nachbarschaft ist bunt und es gibt viele kulturelle Angebote. Es gibt in Laufnähe Restaurants aus der ganzen Welt. 3 verschiedene Supermarktketten(daruner ein Biosupermarkt) sind in Laufnähe(ca. 3 min) zu erreichen.Auch die U- bahnstation befindetbsich sehr nah (5 min zu fuß), sowie die Ringbahn (ca. 10 min zu Fuß)
