The open-plan living room and kitchen area is the centrepiece of the flat and invites you to enjoy activities together. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with high-quality appliances such as a ceramic hob, oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. There are also two sets of crockery and cutlery as well as a toaster and kettle. For coffee lovers, there is both a classic coffee machine and a coffee pod machine (Senseo). A large, extendable dining table offers enough space for shared meals or entertaining game nights with up to four people. The cosy sofa and two stylish armchairs invite you to relax, while a generous 65-inch Smart TV provides entertainment. The contemporary furnishings of the flat contribute to a sense of well-being and promise a high recreational value. The two bedrooms are equipped with high-quality box-spring beds (cm), which ensure a restful night's sleep. The cosy bedding and the comfortable night lamps on the bedside tables complement the furnishings perfectly. Excellent bed linen and towels can be booked as an option to further increase comfort. The bathroom is generously proportioned and offers maximum comfort. All door frames in the flat are 93cm wide to ensure a pleasant stay for guests with limited mobility. The flat is located on the first floor and is easily accessible with a lift. Guests with dogs are very welcome and it is possible to accommodate up to two dogs or make individual requests. For added convenience, a washing machine and tumble dryer are available on the second floor for a fee. A lockable storage room for bicycles and e-bikes with charging stations is also available to make guests' stay even more enjoyable.
