English: Hi! This beautiful, fully furnished apartment is located in the heart of Berlin and is free from August 1 to January 31. It is located on the heart of the city and is very bright and cozy with its large windows. The balcony is also equipped with a sun lounger, table and chairs and offers a nice place to relax. The rooms are clean and it is very quiet. A supermarket is within walking distance. The apartment has a stove, oven, microwave and airfryer. The bathroom is modern and fulfills its purpose. I look forward to hearing from you. German: Hallo! Diese schöne vollmöblierte Neubauwohnung liegt im Herzen Berlins und wird von dem 01. September bis zum 31. Januar frei. Sie liegt weit oben und ist dementsprechend mit ihren großen Fenstern hell & gemütlich. Auch der Balkon ist mit einer Liege, Tisch und Stühlen ausgestattet und bietet schöne Ausweichmöglichkeiten und Entspannung. Die Nachbarn sind nett und es ist sehr ruhig. Auch ein Supermarkt ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung hat einen Herd, Ofen, Mikrowelle und Airfryer. Das Bad ist modern und erfüllt seinen Zweck. Ich suche jemanden, der verlässlich ist, sich gut um die Wohnung kümmert und sich hier für ein paar Monate zu Hause fühlt.
